Returns & Refunds Policy

Eligibility

• Items must be in the same condition you received them: unopened, unused, factory-sealed, with all original packaging, labels, and accessories.
• You’ll need your order number and proof of purchase.
• For safety and product integrity, opened or used inks/chemicals are not returnable unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.

How to Return

• Email web@championinks.com within 7 days of delivery to request an RMA.
• All authorized returns must be shipped to:
  200 S Newman St, Unit #4, Hackensack, NJ 07601, United States.
• We may provide a prepaid label for defective/incorrect items; otherwise, you are responsible for return shipping.
• Ship items in a sturdy outer carton. Returns damaged in transit due to inadequate packaging may be rejected.
• Returns without an RMA or sent to the wrong address will be refused.

Damages & Issues

• Inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, leaking, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days with photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can make it right.

Non-returnable Items

• Opened or used inks, reducers, additives, or chemicals (except where defective).
• Custom, special-order, or personalized items.
• Hazardous materials where transport or resell integrity cannot be assured.
• Gift cards and final-sale items.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the right item is to return the original once authorized, then place a new order.

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval or rejection.
• If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times by your bank may vary.
• If you haven’t received a refund after 15 business days from approval, email web@championinks.com.
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a verified defect.
