Free Shipping Policy

This Free Shipping Policy explains how free shipping works at Champion Inks LLC (“Champion Inks,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), along with important limitations, exclusions, and how shipping costs are calculated for non-eligible orders and equipment.

Shipping Origin

Orders ship from our fulfillment center: 200 S Newman St, Unit #4, Hackensack, NJ 07601, United States. Not a retail counter.

Free Shipping Eligibility

Free ground shipping on qualifying orders over $200 (USD):
Orders with $200 or more of eligible products qualify for free standard ground shipping.

Orders under $200:
If your cart total for eligible items is below $200, shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the carrier and service you select.

Where Free Shipping Applies

Free shipping applies only to standard ground delivery within the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states).

Free Shipping Is Not Available For

  • Shipments to Alaska
  • Shipments to Hawaii
  • Shipments to Puerto Rico
  • Shipments outside the United States
  • Any order that includes equipment or certain heavy/oversized items

If your order includes an excluded item (for example, a press or flash dryer), the entire order may not qualify for free shipping even if the total is above $200.

Equipment & Heavy Item Shipping

Certain items require freight, palletized shipment, special handling, or overweight packaging. These items do not ship free.

How these charges are calculated:
Shipping fees for equipment and heavy consumables are based on product size, total weight, package dimensions, required protection/packing materials, and destination. These rates are set by the carrier. We do not mark up carrier freight rates.

For many products, estimated shipping cost or freight class will be shown on the product page before you add to cart. In other cases, final shipping will be quoted at checkout or by our team if manual freight booking is required.

Examples of non-eligible items

  • Presses and print equipment
  • Dryers, flash units, exposure units
  • Large or bulk machinery
  • High-weight cases of consumables requiring freight handling

Eligible Items for Free Shipping

Most commonly reordered shop consumables are eligible toward the $200 free shipping threshold, including but not limited to:

  • Plastisol inks
  • Water-based inks
  • Screen chemicals, emulsions, reclaim supplies, cleaning products
  • Films, tapes, output ink, transfer supplies, coating tools, software licenses, and standard printroom consumables

If an item is excluded from free shipping, it will be clearly identified in the product description or during checkout.

Order Splitting

If your order includes both eligible and non-eligible items (for example: ink + a flash dryer), we may ship items separately. The eligible items may ship via ground, while the non-eligible items may incur a carrier or freight charge. You will see this reflected at checkout or in the freight quote.

Transit Times and Delivery Speed

Free shipping uses standard ground service. Ground service is not a guaranteed delivery date service. Delivery speed depends on carrier routing, distance, weather, seasonal volume, and other logistics factors after the package leaves our facility.

If you have a production deadline and need faster service (overnight, 2-day, priority), you may choose an upgraded shipping method at checkout for an additional cost.

Address Accuracy and Delivery Issues

It is your responsibility to provide an accurate shipping address. Incorrect or incomplete addresses may cause delays or result in re-delivery fees. Champion Inks is not responsible for delays caused by address issues entered at checkout.

Once a package is accepted by the carrier, we cannot control routing, transit conditions, customs clearance (for international orders), or final delivery timing.

Damaged or Missing Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or if tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the package, contact us immediately. In most cases, we will open an investigation with the carrier.

To qualify for resolution, you must notify us about missing, short, or damaged items within 2 days of recorded delivery. Claims reported after that window may not be eligible for replacement or credit.

Returns Address

All authorized returns must be shipped to our fulfillment center in Hackensack, NJ and require an RMA. See our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.

International Orders

Orders shipping outside the United States do not qualify for free shipping. Customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, and VAT are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in our product pricing or shipping charges. These fees may be due at delivery.

Policy Changes

Champion Inks LLC reserves the right to change, pause, or discontinue free shipping promotions at any time, including adjusting the order value required to qualify, limiting eligibility by product category, or excluding high-demand items. Any updates will apply going forward and will not retroactively change orders already placed.
