Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh Count: 86–160 for thicker, raised gloss; 200+ for finer gloss effects.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer; sharp edge for thin gloss, rounded for heavier build.

Underbase: For maximum pop on dark garments, apply over a cured, smooth underbase.
