Section 1 – Access and Account

By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you consent to allow your minor dependents to use the Services on devices you own or manage. To use the Services (including browsing or purchasing), you may be asked to provide information such as email, billing, payment, and shipping details. You represent that all information you provide is accurate and that you have rights to provide it. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity under your account. You may not transfer, sell, assign, or license your account to any person.

Section 2 – Our Products

We strive to represent our products accurately, but colors and appearance may vary due to your device and settings. We do not warrant that product appearance or quality will meet your expectations. Descriptions and availability may change at any time without notice. We may discontinue products or limit quantities for any person, region, or jurisdiction.

Section 3 – Orders

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline orders at our discretion. Your order is accepted when we confirm and process your payment. Review orders carefully before submitting; we may be unable to accommodate cancellations after acceptance. If we do not accept, change, or cancel an order, we will attempt to contact you using the details provided at checkout. Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy. You represent that purchases are for your own use and not for commercial resale or export.

Section 4 – Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions may change without notice. The price charged is the price in effect at the time of your order and appears in your confirmation. Unless stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, shipping, handling, customs, and import charges. Promotions may be governed by separate terms. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information and to update it promptly. You represent that you are authorized to use your payment method and will pay all charges, including taxes and shipping.

Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control. Title and risk of loss pass to you when we transfer products to the carrier.

Section 6 – Intellectual Property

The Services and all content (including trademarks, text, images, graphics, audio, video, and their arrangement) are owned by Champion Ink LLC, its affiliates, or licensors, and are protected by applicable laws. You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. Except as permitted by law or with our written consent, you may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display or perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any materials. “Champion Ink LLC” names, logos, and product names are our trademarks. Shopify’s names and logos are trademarks of Shopify. Other names are the property of their owners.

Section 7 – Optional Tools

You may access tools provided by third parties. Such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties or endorsements. We are not liable for your use of optional tools. Use is at your own risk and subject to third-party terms. New features in the future are part of the Services and subject to these Terms.

Section 8 – Third-Party Links

The Services may include third-party materials and links. We do not control or endorse third-party content and are not responsible for any losses related to your use of third-party websites, products, or services. Review third-party policies before transactions. Direct complaints to the relevant third party.

Section 9 – Relationship with Shopify

Champion Ink LLC is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services. Sales and purchases are made directly with Champion Ink LLC. Shopify is not responsible for your transactions with us and is released from claims arising from those transactions.

Section 10 – Privacy Policy

Personal information collected through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Some information is also processed under Shopify’s Privacy Policy. Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, information you submit is transmitted to Shopify and relevant partners (which may be located outside your country) to operate and improve the Services.

Section 11 – Feedback

If you submit ideas, suggestions, reviews, or other content (“Feedback”), you grant us a perpetual, worldwide, sublicensable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, distribute, and display such Feedback in any medium for any purpose. You represent that you own or have rights to the Feedback, have disclosed any incentives, and that your Feedback complies with these Terms. We may monitor, edit, or remove content at our discretion.

Section 12 – Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions

From time to time, information on the Services may contain errors or omissions (e.g., product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, availability). We may correct or update information or cancel orders if any information is inaccurate at any time without notice, including after you submit an order.

Section 13 – Prohibited Uses

You may use the Services only for lawful purposes. You may not, directly or indirectly: violate laws; infringe intellectual property; harass or harm others; transmit false or misleading information; send unsolicited promotions; impersonate others; upload malware; exploit the Services; collect personal information without consent; or interfere with security features. We may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

Section 14 – Termination

We may terminate these Terms or your access to the Services at any time in our discretion, without notice. You remain liable for amounts due up to the termination date. Sections that by nature should survive (including Intellectual Property, Feedback, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Severability, Waiver; Entire Agreement, Assignment, Governing Law, and Privacy) will survive.

Section 15 – Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services and all products are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers; those limitations may not apply to you.

Section 16 – Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Champion Ink LLC and our affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, service providers, and licensors (and Shopify and its affiliates) will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any lost profits, revenue, savings, data, or replacement costs, arising from your use of the Services or products, even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability related to a claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected product or service.

Section 17 – Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Champion Ink LLC, Shopify, and their affiliates, officers, employees, agents, contractors, licensors, and service providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms, violation of law or third-party rights, or use of the Services. We may control the defense and settlement of indemnified claims; you will cooperate as reasonably requested.

Section 18 – Severability

If any provision of these Terms is unlawful, void, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted, and the remainder will continue in full force.

Section 19 – Waiver; Entire Agreement

Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver. These Terms, together with policies posted on the site, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Services and supersede prior agreements. Ambiguities will not be construed against the drafting party.

Section 20 – Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights without our written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without consent.

Section 21 – Governing Law

These Terms and any separate agreements under which we provide Services are governed by the laws and courts of the jurisdiction where Champion Ink LLC is headquartered, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.

You can review the latest Terms on this page. We may update these Terms by posting changes on our website. We will notify you of material changes as required by law; changes take effect on the date specified. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
