Subscription Discount and Minimum Commitment

• By starting a subscription, you agree to complete the applicable minimum number of paid deliveries before canceling the subscription.
• If your subscription plan states or is subject to a minimum of 3 paid deliveries, cancellation will only take effect after 3 paid subscription deliveries have been completed.
• If you cancel, attempt to cancel, block payment, dispute payment, remove your payment method, or otherwise prevent completion of the minimum commitment before the required number of paid deliveries has been completed, Champion Inks may, where permitted by law, charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price for any fulfilled orders.
• Champion Inks may also refuse, cancel, suspend, or block future orders, subscriptions, discount use, promotional purchases, or customer accounts where we reasonably believe a subscription or promotion has been used in bad faith.
• Bad-faith use includes placing a subscription order solely to obtain a subscription discount and then canceling immediately after the order enters processing, fulfillment, dispatch, shipment, or delivery.

Eligibility and Scope

• Subscriptions are available on eligible products only and are for personal or business end use. Resale without our written consent is prohibited.
• Discounts apply to the subscription item price only and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and fees unless expressly stated.
• Subscription discounts may not be combined with other discount codes, promotional offers, manual discounts, bulk pricing, wholesale pricing, or special pricing unless we expressly allow this at checkout.
• Some payment methods, including certain buy-now-pay-later providers, may not support recurring billing. If a method is not supported for renewals, you must use an eligible card or payment method to keep the subscription active.

Auto-Renewal and Billing Authorization

• By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at each renewal until the subscription is canceled in accordance with this Policy.
• Where a minimum commitment applies, you authorize charges for each committed delivery until the minimum commitment has been completed.
• You must maintain a valid payment method and current billing, shipping, and contact details in your account portal.
• If prices, taxes, or shipping rates change, the new amounts will be charged at the next renewal after notice as described below.
• If a payment method is saved for subscription billing, it may be used for recurring subscription charges, committed subscription deliveries, failed-payment retries, and any discount adjustment permitted under this Policy and applicable law.

Order Timing, Cutoffs, and Dispatch

• Renewal dates are based on your initial subscription start date and chosen frequency.
• Changes, skips, pauses, or cancellation requests must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to take effect for that cycle.
• Changes, skips, pauses, or cancellation requests made after the 48-hour cutoff may apply from the subsequent cycle and may not stop the upcoming charge, processing, fulfillment, dispatch, or shipment.
• Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, dispatch, shipment, or delivery, subscription cancellation will apply to future eligible renewals only and will not cancel, refund, or reverse that order unless required by law or covered by our Returns, Replacements, and Refunds section.
• Dispatch times may vary due to carrier capacity, compliance checks, availability, or events beyond our control.

Manage, Skip, Pause, Cancel

• Manage your subscription from your account portal at /account or contact us using the details below.
• You may skip a delivery or pause your subscription for up to two consecutive cycles every six months, provided the minimum commitment has been completed or we approve the change in writing.
• Additional skips or pauses may require approval and could affect promotional eligibility.
• Subscriptions may be canceled after the applicable minimum commitment has been completed. Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to stop the upcoming cycle.
• Cancellations made after the 48-hour cutoff may not stop the upcoming charge, processing, fulfillment, dispatch, shipment, or delivery.
• If we allow early cancellation before the minimum commitment has been completed, we may remove promotional eligibility and may charge the difference between the discounted subscription price and the standard one-time purchase price for fulfilled orders, where permitted by law.

Payment Failures

• If a payment fails, we may attempt up to three retries over seven days. During this period, your subscription may be suspended.
• If payment cannot be collected after retries, the order may be canceled and the subscription paused, suspended, or terminated.
• Discounts and promotional pricing may be forfeited if payment fails, if the minimum commitment is not completed, or if we reasonably believe the subscription has been misused.
• Failure to pay for committed deliveries may result in cancellation of the subscription, removal of promotional eligibility, refusal of future orders, account suspension, or collection of amounts lawfully due.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

• To protect product integrity, subscription items are final sale once shipped, except for defects, damage in transit, or mis-shipments reported within seven days of delivery with photos and lot numbers.
• Unopened, resaleable subscription items may be eligible for return within 14 days where required by law. Return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
• We will replace or refund defective or incorrect items at our discretion after verification. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.
• Cancellation of a subscription does not create a right to refund, return, or reverse any order that has already entered processing, fulfillment, dispatch, shipment, or delivery.

Price, Formula, and Availability Changes

• We may update prices, formulas, packaging, or available sizes. Material changes will be notified by email or shown in your account portal at least 14 days before they take effect for your subscription.
• If a subscribed item is unavailable, we may offer a delay, a comparable substitute, or a refund for that cycle. You may decline a substitute and cancel before the cutoff, subject to any applicable minimum commitment and statutory rights.

Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

• Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated at each renewal based on your delivery address and prevailing rates.
• Address changes must be completed before the 48-hour cutoff to apply to the upcoming shipment.
• If an address is incorrect, incomplete, inaccessible, or changed after the cutoff, we are not responsible for delays, failed delivery, carrier charges, returned shipment fees, or reshipment costs except where required by law.

Misuse, Fraud, Abuse, and Account Limits

• We may limit quantities, refuse orders, cancel orders, cancel subscriptions, suspend accounts, close accounts, block future purchases, remove discount eligibility, or refuse promotional pricing where we reasonably suspect misuse, diversion, fraud, abuse, bad-faith purchasing, or policy circumvention.
• Misuse includes using a subscription solely to obtain a subscription discount without a genuine intention to continue the subscription, canceling immediately after a discounted order enters processing or fulfillment, repeatedly starting and canceling subscriptions to obtain discounts, using multiple accounts to bypass limits, combining promotions in an unauthorized way, or reselling products without written consent.
• If we cancel an undelivered prepaid item, we will refund the prepaid undelivered amount unless we are legally entitled to offset amounts owed to us.
• Where permitted by law, we may refuse future orders from the same customer, email address, phone number, billing address, shipping address, payment method, account, business, or associated customer details.

Limitation of Liability

• To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for subscription purchases is limited to the amount paid for the affected cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Governing Law and Disputes

• This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
• Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, except where local law provides mandatory protections or venues for consumers.
