Subscription Policy

This Subscription Policy governs your purchase and use of recurring deliveries of Champion Inks products through our website. By starting a subscription, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at the stated interval until canceled in accordance with this Policy. This Policy forms part of our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Nothing in this Policy affects your statutory rights where applicable.

Eligibility and Scope

  • Subscriptions are available on eligible products only and are for personal or business end use. Resale without our written consent is prohibited.
  • Discounts apply to the subscription item price only and exclude shipping, taxes, duties, and fees unless expressly stated.
  • Some payment methods, including certain buy-now-pay-later providers, may not support recurring billing. If a method is not supported for renewals, you must use an eligible card or payment method to keep the subscription active.

Auto-Renewal and Billing Authorization

  • By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your selected payment method at each renewal until you cancel.
  • You must maintain a valid payment method and current billing, shipping, and contact details in your account portal.
  • If prices, taxes, or shipping rates change, the new amounts will be charged at the next renewal after notice as described below.

Order Timing, Cutoffs, and Dispatch

  • Renewal dates are based on your initial subscription start date and chosen frequency.
  • Changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the next renewal date to take effect for that cycle. Changes after the cutoff may apply from the subsequent cycle.
  • Dispatch times may vary due to carrier capacity, compliance checks, availability, or events beyond our control.

Manage, Skip, Pause, Cancel

  • Manage your subscription from your account portal at /account or contact us using the details below.
  • You may skip a delivery or pause your subscription for up to two consecutive cycles every six months. Additional skips or pauses may require approval and could affect promotional eligibility.
  • Cancel anytime from your account portal. Cancellations made after the 48-hour cutoff may not stop the upcoming charge or shipment.

Payment Failures

  • If a payment fails, we may attempt up to three retries over seven days. During this period, your subscription may be suspended.
  • If payment cannot be collected after retries, the order may be canceled and the subscription paused or terminated. Discounts and promotional pricing may be forfeited.

Returns, Replacements, and Refunds

  • To protect product integrity, subscription items are final sale once shipped, except for defects, damage in transit, or mis-shipments reported within seven days of delivery with photos and lot numbers.
  • Unopened, resaleable subscription items may be eligible for return within 14 days where required by law. Return shipping and a restocking fee may apply.
  • We will replace or refund defective or incorrect items at our discretion after verification. This does not limit any non-excludable rights you may have under applicable law.

Price, Formula, and Availability Changes

  • We may update prices, formulas, packaging, or available sizes. Material changes will be notified by email or shown in your account portal at least 14 days before they take effect for your subscription.
  • If a subscribed item is unavailable, we may offer a delay, a comparable substitute, or a refund for that cycle. You may decline a substitute and cancel before the cutoff.

Shipping, Taxes, and Duties

  • Shipping, taxes, and duties are calculated at each renewal based on your delivery address and prevailing rates.
  • Address changes must be completed before the 48-hour cutoff to apply to the upcoming shipment.

Misuse, Fraud, and Limits

  • We may limit quantities, refuse or cancel subscriptions, or suspend accounts suspected of misuse, diversion, or fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any prepaid undelivered items.

Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for subscription purchases is limited to the amount paid for the affected cycle. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.

Governing Law and Disputes

  • This Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles, except where local law requires otherwise.
  • Any dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware, except where local law provides mandatory protections or venues for consumers.
