Application Instructions
Printing
- Use a 60–110 mesh screen for optimal adhesive deposit.
- Ensure even coverage across the design for consistent foil adhesion.
Curing

Flash: 200°F – 220°F (93°C – 105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Full Cure: 300°F – 320°F (149°C – 160°C) for 60 seconds.
Foil Transfer Process
- After curing, place foil over the adhesive print.

Press: 325°F (163°C) for 10–15 seconds using medium pressure.

Cool completely before peeling for a clean, high-shine finish.
Post-Application
- Wash garments inside-out in cold water.
- Avoid high-heat drying or fabric softeners.
