Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh Count: 110 for max vibrancy; 156–160 for detail; two hits recommended for full neon saturation.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer, sharp edge for consistent deposit.

Underbase: White underbase advised on dark/saturated garments for true neon punch.

Clean-Up: Use Champion OPTIWASH 125 Press Wash/Ink Remover.
Storage & Handling
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area; keep sealed; avoid direct sun/heat.
- Use within 12 months for best brightness and performance.
