Champion Inks® BR Series Nylon White is a high-opacity, bleed-resistant plastisol formulated for nylon, polyester, coated fabrics, and blends. It delivers crisp, vibrant whites with a soft hand and outstanding adhesion on tough technical substrates—ideal for athletic gear, jackets, bags, and performance wear.

Ideal Substrates
- 100% Nylon & Coated Nylon

- For dark or heavily dyed polyester, use Champion 5-Star Bright White as an underbase to boost vibrancy and bleed resistance.
IMPORTANT – Catalyst Mixing (Required for Nylon)

Use Champion Nylon Catalyst: Add 15–20% by weight to the ink.

Mix Only What You Need: Pot life is limited once catalyzed; unused mixed ink will harden.
- Stir thoroughly to ensure uniform activation and performance.
Printing & Curing Instructions

Mesh: 110–160 for coverage; 200+ for finer detail.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer, sharp edge; medium flood with a firm print stroke.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for 40–50 seconds for full fusion.

Post-Press: A quick double heat press is recommended to enhance adhesion and durability.

Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, effective cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
- Do not leave catalyzed ink exposed to air—hardened ink cannot be reused.
