Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use 110 mesh for ideal ink flow and puff deposit.

Print: Two hits per color recommended for full opacity and puff height.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for complete cure and dimensional lift.

Tip: Avoid excessive flash heat to prevent pre-expansion of puff effect.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, safe cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
