Screen Setup:

Mesh: 230–305 for sharp halftones and fine detail.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion; ensure proper exposure.

Squeegee: 70–75 durometer for clean, even deposit.
Process Notes:
- Print wet-on-wet where possible; minimize intermediate flashes.
- Maintain tight registration for accurate CMYK alignment and hue balance.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C), away from sunlight and extremes.
- Keep containers closed to prevent contamination.
