Champion Inks® Metallic Rose Gold Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, high-opacity metallic ink that delivers a luxurious, mirror-like rose gold finish while maintaining superior stretch and durability. Formulated for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, it prints smooth, bonds strong, and does not require an underbase—simply run two hits per color for bold, high-shine results.

How to Print with Metallic Rose Gold
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and metallic clarity.
- Print two hits per color for maximum opacity and shine.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for full adhesion, stretch, and durability.
Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—test dwell time and temperature to ensure proper cure.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
