How to Print with Ocean Spray Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh and lower for manual setups to ensure optimal glitter flow.
• Apply two hits per color for best opacity and reflective performance.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
• Note: Reflective glitter may slightly extend flash times—test before large runs.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for best screen longevity.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry, shaded area.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly stored.
