How to Print with Onion Pink Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses and 40 mesh or lower for manual printing.
• Print two hits per color for bold coverage and maximum reflectivity.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and elasticity.
• Tip: Due to glitter’s reflective nature, flash times may vary by unit—test before full production.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for optimal results.
• Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly stored.
