Printing & Curing

Mesh: 25–30 (auto) or ≤40 (manual) for optimal glitter flow and deposit.

Stroke: Print two hits per color for maximum coverage and sparkle.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds. Note: Glitter’s reflectivity can lengthen flash time—test your setup.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C). Verify full ink film temp with a probe or donut test.

Squeegee: 60 durometer, medium pressure; sharp edge for control, slightly rounded for heavier laydown.

Tips: Mix gently to re-suspend flake; avoid over-shear. Use off-contact and a level platen for even gloss.
