How to Print with Puff Ink Colors
Screen Preparation:

Mesh: 86–110 mesh for bold puff expansion; 160–200 for finer detail and subtle puff effects.

Emulsion: Apply a thick stencil or multiple coats for proper ink buildup.

Pressure: Medium pressure for smooth, even ink deposit.
Printing & Flashing:
- Print one pass for a standard puff, or multiple passes for increased height.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers.
Curing:

Final Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) — the puff effect fully develops in the dryer.

Tip: If puffing occurs too early, lower flash temperature or raise flash height.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed between 65–90°F (18–32°C) away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
