Workflow Overview (UV DTF)

Print: Print design (typically CMYK + White + Gloss/Primer as needed) onto UV DTF release film.

UV Cure: Fully cure under the printer’s UV system per OEM irradiance/speed settings.

Lamination: Laminate with the UV DTF adhesive (A/B film) and squeegee for bond.

Transfer: Apply to cleaned surface with firm pressure; burnish to ensure full contact; peel carrier.
Best Practices
- Use Primer when needed for challenging surfaces or low-energy plastics.
- Pre-clean substrates (isopropyl alcohol, lint-free wipes) to remove dust, oil, and residue.
- Confirm lamp health and irradiance; insufficient UV can reduce adhesion and mar resistance.
- Always run application tests on the actual substrate before production.
Storage & Maintenance
- Store at 65–85°F (18–29°C) in a dark, dry area; keep containers sealed.
