Screen Printing Guidelines

• Mesh: 156–230+ for standard graphics; lower mesh can increase deposit for maximum neon pop.
• Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion rated for water-based systems.
• Squeegee: 70–75 durometer or sharp edge for controlled deposit and crisp detail.
• Flash / Cure: Flash at 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds; fully cure at 320°F–350°F (160°C–177°C) only after all water has driven off.
• Clean-Up: Cleans with water and mild detergent. No harsh solvent required.

• Store at 65°F–90°F (18°C–32°C) away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
