Application Instructions:

Mesh Recommendations:
- Use a 110-160 mesh count for standard prints.
- Use a higher mesh count (180-230) for fine details or halftones.

Stencil & Emulsion:
- Use a plastisol-compatible emulsion for optimal results.

Printing Process:
- Apply using a manual or automatic screen printing press.

Flashing & Curing:

Flash Cure: 220°F (105°C) for 3-5 seconds.

Final Cure: 320°F (160°C) for 30-40 seconds to ensure durability.
