The phthalate-free formula lays down clean, stays flexible, and delivers long-lasting color vibrancy on cotton, blends, and select synthetics.

Preparing the Screen for High-Density Printing

Mesh Count: 110–160 for bold height; 86–110 for maximum deposit; 160–200 for finer raised detail.

Thick Stencil Build: 3–5 coats each side, fully dry between coats. Capillary film (200+ microns) or thick dual-cure emulsions recommended.

Exposure: Increase time to fully harden the thick stencil; test for durability before production.

Registration & Edge Quality: Inspect for crisp edges and pinhole-free walls prior to press.
Printing & Curing Instructions

Squeegee: Sharp 70–75 durometer for clean deposit.

Print Stroke: Firm pressure to drive ink through the thick stencil; multiple hits as needed.

Flash: 220–250°F (104–121°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers.

Final Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for 30–40 seconds. Avoid over-heat that can flatten the 3D profile.
