- 100% Cotton
- 50/50 Cotton–Polyester Blends
- Light-Colored 100% Polyester
- For dark or sublimated polyester, use Champion Athletic Series inks.
Application & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use 110–230 mesh screens for optimal ink flow and detail retention.

Flash Cure: 230°F (110°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Final Cure: 300–330°F (143–149°C) for 30–40 seconds for complete polymerization.
Clean-Up & Storage
- Clean screens and tools with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
