Formulated for cotton, polyester, and blended garments, this versatile ink provides bright, durable prints with a soft-hand feel—ideal for both manual and automatic presses.
Note: This all-purpose white is recommended for light to medium-colored garments and all fabric blends. For very dark or heavily dyed polyester fabrics, use Champion Inks® Athletic White Plastisol Ink for enhanced bleed resistance and superior opacity.

Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh Count: 110–160 for general use; 200+ for fine detail prints.

Stencil Type: Water-resistant emulsion.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer, sharp edge for smooth laydown.

Flash Cure: 230°F (110°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers.

Final Cure: 320°F (160°C) for 30–40 seconds for full crosslinking.

Underbase: Not required on most dark garments due to high opacity.
Recommended Use & Testing
- Always perform a test print on each new garment type before full production to confirm adhesion, opacity, and cure results.
- Adjust flash and cure times based on fabric thickness and dryer type.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient maintenance.
- Store between 65°F–90°F (18°C–32°C) in a dry environment.
- Keep containers sealed when not in use to maintain consistency.
