Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh: 110–160 for coverage; 200+ for finer detail.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer, sharp edge for consistent deposit.

Cure: Ensure full internal ink temp reaches 320–330°F (160–165°C) for max bleed resistance.

Clean-Up: Use Champion OPTIWASH 125 Press Wash/Ink Remover.

- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C), sealed, away from heat/sun.
- Use within 12 months for best performance.
