Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use 30 mesh (automatic) or 40 mesh (manual) for optimal glitter flow and coverage.

Printing: Print two passes per color for full opacity and sparkle.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds between layers.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for long-lasting flexibility and crack resistance.

Note: Glitter pigments reflect heat; verify proper curing to ensure full bond.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry location away from sunlight.
