How to Print with Black Shimmer Plastisol Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use an 86 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and shimmer clarity.
- Apply two passes per color for maximum reflectivity and coverage.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for complete adhesion and durability.
Tip: Metallic pigments reflect heat—always test your curing time and temperature to avoid under-curing.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean easily with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
