How to Print with Blue Shimmer Plastisol Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for ideal ink flow and metallic clarity.
- Print with two passes per color to maximize reflectivity and coverage.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and long-lasting durability.
Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—test dwell time and temperature to avoid under-curing.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from direct sun.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
