Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: Use a 40 mesh screen for optimal metallic particle flow.

Application: Print two passes per color to achieve maximum reflectivity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for complete adhesion and wash durability.

Tip: Always test curing since metallic pigments reflect heat, requiring slight timing adjustments.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, efficient cleanup.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry, shaded location.
