How to Print with Brilliant Silver Glitter Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use 25–40 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh or lower for manual presses to allow proper glitter flow.
- Apply two hits of ink per color for maximum opacity and sparkle.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Note: The reflective glitter finish may extend flash times—test before full production for best results.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean easily with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment away from sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
