Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: 30 mesh (auto) or 40 mesh (manual) for optimal glitter deposit.

Application: Print two passes for maximum coverage and sparkle.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds between hits if needed.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for a durable, crack-resistant finish.

Note: Glitter reflects heat—verify dwell/temperature to ensure full cure.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.
