Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: 30 mesh (automatic presses) or 40 mesh (manual presses) for optimal particle deposit.

Print: Use two passes for maximum sparkle and opacity.

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds between hits if needed.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for a durable, crack-resistant finish.

Note: Always test cure temperature—glitter may reflect heat, requiring slight adjustments.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment away from direct sunlight.
