Printing & Curing Instructions
Screen Setup:
- Use 30 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh for manual applications.
- Apply two hits per color for complete glitter saturation and rich metallic depth.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for optimal adhesion and finish.

Note: Due to glitter reflectivity, test curing time for proper fusion.
Pro Tip: Use steady squeegee pressure to achieve even glitter distribution and maximize light reflection.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.
