Champion Inks® Desert Sand Glitter Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, high-opacity metallic glitter ink designed to deliver a warm, reflective golden-beige glow. Formulated with high-density glitter pigments, it produces luxurious sparkle and depth on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics while maintaining a smooth, soft-hand finish and excellent wash durability.

Printing & Curing Instructions
Screen Setup:
- Use 30 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh for manual setups.
- Apply two hits per color for consistent metallic depth and sparkle.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and durability.

Note: Glitter reflects heat—test and adjust cure time to ensure proper fusion.
Printing Tip: Use medium pressure and steady squeegee strokes for even metallic distribution.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment.
