Application Workflow

Print (Mirrored): Print CMYK first, then White on top (mirror image) onto the glitter film.

Powder: Apply TPU hot-melt powder evenly; shake off excess.

Cure Powder: Oven or tunnel cure until powder turns clear/melts (typically 230–250°F / 110–121°C, ~2–5 min depending on equipment).

Transfer: Place film print-side down on garment; heat press 300–315°F (149–157°C) for 10–15 sec, medium pressure.

Cold Peel: Allow to cool completely, then peel steadily.

Post-Press (Recommended): Cover with parchment or Teflon and repress 5–10 sec for maximum wash durability and a smoother hand.
Note: Glitter coatings can reflect heat; run a quick test to fine-tune time/pressure for your press.
