Printing & Curing Instructions
Screen Setup:
- Use 30 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh for manual presses for optimal glitter flow.
- Apply two hits per color for full metallic effect and coverage.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for lasting adhesion and wash resistance.

Note: Glitter pigments reflect heat; adjust dwell time to ensure full cure.
Printing Tip: Maintain consistent pressure and smooth stroke for even glitter distribution.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean screens with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed between 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry, shaded area.
