How to Print & Cure
Screen Setup:

30 mesh (automatic) or 40 mesh (manual) for optimal glitter deposition.
- Print two hits per color for full coverage and maximum reflectivity.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for a durable, crack-resistant finish.

Note: Glitter reflects heat—test dwell time to ensure full cure.
Press Tip: Maintain steady pressure and stroke speed for even glitter laydown.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
