Printing & Curing Instructions
Screen Setup:
- Use 30 mesh for automatic presses or 40 mesh for manual printing.
- Apply two hits per color for full glitter saturation and brilliance.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for optimal adhesion and flexibility.

Note: Glitter particles reflect heat—adjust dwell time for complete curing.
Printing Tip: Maintain consistent squeegee pressure for even glitter distribution and reflective uniformity.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for quick cleanup.
- Store sealed at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry, shaded location.
