Champion Inks® Fluorescent Day Glow – Rhodamine is a phthalate-free, high-opacity neon plastisol ink engineered for brilliant pink-magenta UV-reactive prints on cotton, polyester, and blended fabrics. - 50/50 Cotton–Polyester Blends

Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal ink flow and coverage.

Print: Two hits per color recommended for maximum opacity and brightness.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full adhesion and wash durability.

Note: Avoid over-curing to maintain color vibrancy and fabric integrity.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover after each use.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Best within 12 months of manufacturing when sealed properly.
