Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh recommended for optimal vibrancy and puff build.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and brightness.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full puff expansion and wash durability.

Tip: Avoid over-flashing/over-curing to preserve height and softness.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a closed container, away from direct sunlight.
