Ideal Substrates
- 100% Cotton

Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh recommended for maximum vibrancy and puff build.

Print: Two hits per color for peak opacity and brightness.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for durable washfast results and full puff expansion.

Tip: Avoid excessive flash/over-cure to maintain height and softness.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.

Shelf Life: Best within 12 months of manufacturing when properly sealed.
