Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh recommended for optimal deposit and puff expansion.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and brightness.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full expansion and long-term durability.

Tip: Avoid excessive flash/over-curing to retain loft and softness.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean screens and tools with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry space away from direct sunlight.
