Printing & Curing Instructions

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal neon brightness and puff deposit.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and 3D height (print/flash/print if needed).

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320–330°F (160–165°C) for full cure and puff activation.

Pro Tip: Avoid over-flashing to prevent premature puff; verify cure with a stretch test after cooling.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C), sealed and away from direct sunlight.
