Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh recommended for rich ink deposit and puff buildup.

Print: Two hits per color layer for best opacity and puff volume.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full puff expansion and adhesion.

Tip: Avoid over-flashing or over-curing to maintain maximum puff height and softness.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a sealed container away from sunlight.
