Champion Inks® Fluorescent (PUFF) Day Glow – Chartreuse is a phthalate-free, high-opacity neon plastisol that expands during cure to create a bold 3D puff texture and a UV-reactive yellow-green glow. Built for fashion apparel, sportswear, safety gear, and promo, it prints creamy, cures reliably, and delivers soft, flexible results that stand up to wear and washes.

Ideal Substrates
- 100% Cotton
- 50/50 Cotton–Poly Blends
- Light-Colored Polyester (use an underbase on dark synthetics as needed)
- Synthetics (test for dye bleed; underbase recommended on darks)
How to Print (Application & Curing)

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for strong deposit and maximum neon brightness.

Print: Two hits per color for best opacity and puff height (print/flash/print if needed).

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C). Puff expansion occurs in the dryer—avoid over-flashing.

Tip: If puffing starts during flash, lower flash temp or increase flash height.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.

Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when properly sealed.
