Champion Inks® Fluorescent (PUFF) Day Glow – Flame Red is a phthalate-free, high-opacity neon plastisol that expands on cure to create a bold 3D puff texture and a UV-reactive red-orange glow. Built for fashion, athletic wear, promo, and safety apparel, it prints creamy, cures reliably, and delivers a soft, flexible finish with excellent wash durability on cotton, polyester, and blends.

Ideal Substrates
- 100% Cotton
- 50/50 Cotton–Poly Blends
- Light-Colored Polyester
- Synthetics (use an underbase on dark fabrics; test for dye bleed)
How to Print (Application & Curing)

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal ink flow and neon vibrancy.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and puff height (print/flash/print if needed).

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for durability and wash resistance.

Tip: If puffing starts during flash, lower flash temp or raise flash height to prevent premature expansion.
Cleanup & Storage
- Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from sunlight.

Shelf Life: Use within 12 months of manufacturing.
