Ideal Substrates

- Synthetics (use an underbase on dark fabrics; test for dye migration)
Application & Curing

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal ink flow, vibrancy, and puff build.

Print: Two hits per color recommended for maximum opacity and height.

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full cure and puff expansion.

Tip: Avoid excessive flash heat to prevent premature puffing before final cure.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for fast, efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry area away from direct sunlight.
