How to Print (Application & Curing)

Screen Setup: 110 mesh for optimal ink flow and puff deposit.

Print: Two hits per color for maximum opacity and expansion (print/flash/print if needed).

Flash: 250°F (121°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 320°F–330°F (160°C–165°C) for full cure and dimensional lift.

Tip: Avoid over-flashing to prevent premature puff activation before curing.
Cleanup & Storage
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry space away from sunlight.
