How to Print with Green Shimmer Plastisol Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for optimal ink flow and enhanced shimmer effect.
- Apply two passes per color to maximize opacity and reflectivity.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and flexibility.
Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat — always test curing time and temperature for best results.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Clean easily with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
- Shelf life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
