How to Print with Gun Metal Black Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–30 mesh for automatic presses or ≤40 mesh for manual printing.
• Print two hits per color for deep metallic coverage and full reflectivity.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for maximum adhesion and durability.
• Note: Glitter reflects heat — test flash and dwell times for consistent curing.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a dry area away from sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing date when sealed properly.
