How to Print with Gunmetal Silver Metallic Ink
Screen Setup:
- Use a 110 mesh screen for optimal metallic clarity and ink flow.
- Apply two hits per color for maximum opacity and reflective finish.
Flashing & Curing:

Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.

Cure: 300°F (149°C) for complete adhesion and flexibility.

Note: Metallic pigments reflect heat—perform test cures to confirm full polymerization.
Cleanup & Storage:
- Use Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover for efficient cleanup.
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry environment, away from sunlight.
