Screen Printing Guidelines

Mesh Count: 110–160 for solids; 200+ for finer detail.

Stencil: Water-resistant emulsion.

Squeegee: 65–75 durometer; moderate pressure.

Curing: Ensure ink film reaches 320–330°F (160–165°C) throughout.

Clean-Up: Use Champion OPTIWASH 125 or equivalent press wash.
Storage Recommendations
- Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C); avoid direct sun and extreme temps.
- Keep containers sealed to maintain consistency and prevent contamination.
