Champion Inks® Holo Silver Glitter Plastisol Ink is a phthalate-free, high-opacity, low-cure glitter ink that delivers a multi-color holographic sparkle with exceptional coverage and wash resistance. Formulated for cotton, polyester, and cotton/poly blends, it lays down smoothly and cures fast—providing a luxurious metallic finish without requiring an underbase.

How to Print with Holo Silver Glitter

Screen Setup:

• Use 25–30 mesh for automatic presses and ≤40 mesh for manual presses for optimal glitter flow.
• Print two hits per color for maximum coverage and holographic effect.

Flashing & Curing:

• Flash: 220°F (105°C) for 3–5 seconds.
• Cure: 280–300°F (137–148°C) for full adhesion and durability.
• Note: Glitter reflects heat—test flash/cure dwell to avoid under-curing.

Cleanup & Storage:

• Clean with Champion OPTIWASH™ 125 Ink Remover.
• Store at 65–90°F (18–32°C) in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
• Shelf Life: 12 months from manufacturing when stored properly.
